Wild Sound Circle.

I hold a brave, nurturing container for women to gather in community—to sit in circle, outdoors, and speak freely from the heart.

Social connection is the DNA of our species, yet the pace of modern life has drawn us into isolation and disconnection. In this circle, we remember what it feels like to belong. To be listened to. To be understood.

Through the power of storytelling, we reconnect—with ourselves, with one another, and with the natural world that holds us.

This is a life practice. A return to what is real and essential.

We begin and end with sound meditation, allowing our bodies to land gently into the space and close with grounding presence. The circle is held entirely outdoors, immersed in the wild beauty of nature.

It is my deep honour to hold this space.

What is a Circle?

A circle is a sacred and intentional gathering where we come together in community to share, listen, and connect at a deep, authentic level. It is a container—a brave and supportive space—where you are invited to speak freely from your heart, without fear of judgment, and to hold space for others in return.

This practice ignites a sense of belonging, understanding, and emotional resonance—something often missing in the fragmented, fast pace of modern life.

Circles are rooted in our ancestral memory. For thousands of years, our ancestors gathered in this way—around fires, under open skies, in rhythm with the land. These practices live on today, held with deep wisdom and reverence by many Indigenous communities and First Nations around the world.

To sit in circle is to return to something ancient and essential. It is a way of being together that honors both the individual voice and the collective heartbeat. These gatherings are not just about sharing stories—they are about being witnessed, validated, and supported in all the complexity of one’s journey.

Circles remind us: we were never meant to do this alone.

Why is Wild Sound Circle so important?

The Healing Power of Voice, Sound, and Nature

The Wild Sound Circle is more than a gathering—it's a return to our natural state of being: expressive, connected, and alive.

In modern life, many of us have learned to silence our voices, to “tone down” our truth, or to communicate only in polished, filtered ways. This disconnection—from our own sound, from nature, and from one another—can create a sense of internal isolation. The Wild Sound Circle invites us to remember:

Your voice is medicine.

Why It Matters:

Reclaiming the True Voice
Sharing your voice—spoken, sung, or sounded—is a radical act of self-remembrance. It connects you to your intuition, your body, and your truth.

Sound as Emotional Release
Using sound helps move emotion through the body. Whether through words, toning, breath, or silence, we express what words alone sometimes cannot hold.

Nature as Co-Facilitator
When we gather outdoors, the land holds us. The sounds of birds, wind, trees, and earth aren’t background—they’re part of the circle. They remind us we are not separate from nature, but woven into its rhythm.

Community Through Resonance
In circle, we don’t fix or advise—we witness. We listen. We let sound and story resonate within us. This creates a deep sense of belonging and shared humanity.

Grounding and Nervous System Support
Beginning and ending with sound meditation helps us land in the body, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of safety and presence.

Ancestral & Earth-Honoring Practice
Our ancestors gathered in this way—around fire, on the earth, sharing story, sound, and silence. This practice honours that lineage, and keeps it alive in a modern context, while acknowledging that Indigenous and earth-based communities continue to hold this wisdom with reverence and resilience.

Amazing event, thank you so much from the bottom of my very full heart now, such beautiful energy created and held.
