Pop on your PJ’s, plug in your ear pods and plunge head first into bed.

I will guide us on a deeply restful meditative journey using Sound, Poetry and Yoga Nidra. The almost-indescribable-magic that is created is because we all gather together in community and rest.

All you have to do is lie back and listen or not - all is welcome.

I share Sound.

Sound blows my mind. it is universal, ancient, it’s life language.

We know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, the way we understand sound is heard not only through our ears but through our whole body. Creating homeostasis in our organs and cells, allowing them to heal, restore and come back to balance.

I work with my voice (extremely soothing apparently, but who’s bragging?), Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, tuning forks, chimes and other wood instruments.

Sound helps regulate and heal our body systems and in particular I am drawn to the nervous system, from being predominately in the sympathetic (fight & flight) state to the parasympathetic (rest and digest). The reproductive, endocrine and immune system’s.

Sound vibration synchronises our brain waves to tune into a deeper meditative and healing state. After a soundbath you can expect to feel deeply rested, grounded, spaciousness with more mental clarity.

I share Total Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra (Sanskrit: योग निद्रा) is my go-to daily practice.

It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, requiring zero movement and ideal from your bed or anywhere you chose to lie down. Yum.

It is an adaptogenic practice, that will nurture and hold the spaces and places inside of you that need it in that very moment. It meets you exactly where you are with great gentleness.

Total Yoga Nidra is a hybrid of all the linages of Yoga Nidra. Honouring and respecting the origins, history and older roots of the practice.

My Nidra’s are inspired by our own human experience, our internal rhythms, cycles and body systems, by nature and the cosmos.

I hold Women’s Circles.

Listening our way back to each other.

I hold the container for women to gather in community, in circle and to speak freely from their heart.

Social is the DNA of our species and the rapidness of modern life has pulled us further into isolation and disconnection.

Being together and leaning into sharing our stories allows an innate sense of belonging, of being understood and listened to.

Of authentic connection.

This is a beautiful life practice that I am honoured to facilitate.
