I design restorative experiences for brands who understand that how their people feel shapes the work they make. Each session is trauma-informed, beautifully held and shaped around your team, whether they're seasoned practitioners or complete beginners.
I'm London based with the Surrey Hills on the doorstep. I come to you, or we create the space together.

I bring the atmosphere to your office, meeting room or space. A calm, immersive Soundbath, Yoga Nidra or guided rest session for day or evening formats, launches, wrap parties and post-project resets. No travel for your team.
Re:mind Studio
Step out of the building and into a space designed for slowing down. A more intimate, elevated setting for team bonding, brand events and creative offsites that need a proper change of scene. Based in the heart of Belgravia.
The Nature Day
A full or half day outdoors in London or the Surrey Hills, co-created with you. Woodland Soundbaths, restorative creative practices, slow walks, shared food and freedom to feel, to pause and reconnect.
