❋ A Supportive Space
Step into a supportive and inclusive space, where every body and every experience is welcomed, honoured, and held with care throughout the day.
As winter loosens its grip and the light begins to return, join us for a Spring Equinox Day Retreat—an unhurried immersion in rest, renewal, and gentle awakening.
This carefully curated day is an invitation to soften the body, clear the mind, and stir the soul back to life. We begin with gentle, nourishing yoga designed to wake the body from its winter slumber, restoring circulation, mobility, and ease. From there, you’ll be guided into deeply regenerative Yoga Nidra, allowing the nervous system to reset and the inner landscape to rebalance.
A restorative soundbath follows—layered, immersive, and profoundly calming—offering space for reflection, integration, and deep rest. Throughout the day, you’ll be nourished with hearty, warming homemade organic soul food, alongside delicious, thoughtfully prepared treats. Herbal teas are served generously, each chosen to support seasonal transition and gentle detoxification.
We step outside to reconnect with nature on a mindful hike around Buckland Park Lake, grounding the body and refreshing the senses. The day culminates at Savu Sauna—heat to cleanse and soften, cold to invigorate and awaken—before gathering in a closing circle of gratitude, marking the shift into spring with intention and thanks.
This beloved day retreat returns for Spring 2026 after a sold-out Summer Solstice gathering.
With 50% of places already claimed, spaces are limited.
Is one of them yours?
Hosted by Millie Ralph, co-creator of Rest Retreats, Sound Artist and the first person in history to deliver a soundbath within the Houses of Parliament, alongside Hannah Daly, founder of Rise Wellbeing Studio and Yoga Facilitator. Together, they bring a deeply considered, expertly held experience where rest is both art and practice.
A day to slow down, reconnect, and rejuvenate, blending movement, restorative practices, nourishing food, and the rhythms of spring.
