Step away from the demands of daily life and give your nervous system a chance to reset in a deeply calming outdoor soundbath experience.
To stay comfortable throughout the session, please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, blanket, cushion, and a hot water bottle, these are immersive outdoor sessions, and temperatures can drop.
Suitable for ages 16+, under 18 required to be accompanied by an adult.

Please come prepared for outdoor comfort and safety. You will need:
A yoga mat, camping mat, or camping chair
A blanket, sleeping bag, or warm layers (it may get chilly)
A pillow and/or eye pillow for comfort
A hot water bottle (optional, but lovely for warmth)
A bottle of water
A torch or headlamp – essential for navigating safely in the dark
Anything else that helps you feel relaxed, grounded, and at ease

Parking is available onsite in the Church carpark and surrounding roads
You’ll be outdoors for the full session, so dress accordingly

Do I need any experience?
Not at all. This is a fully guided, beginner-friendly experience. You're welcome just as you are.
Will there be movement or yoga?
No physical movement — this is a stillness-based practice. You can lie down or sit comfortably.
Do I have to share in the circle?
Sharing is completely optional. Listening and resting in silence are equally welcome.
What happens if it rains?
We’ll proceed unless weather conditions are unsafe. Please bring warm, weather-appropriate clothing and check for updates ahead of the event.
Health Considerations
Epilepsy: Consult your doctor before attending.
Pregnancy: Not suitable post-IVF transfer or in the first trimester. Second and third trimesters are generally safe—please research and decide what’s right for you.
