IVF/ICSI + Rainbow Mother

Millie Ralph

Welcome

Hi I'm Millie,

A Mother, trauma-informed Sound & Restorative Arts Practitioner, and guide for rest.

The natural world is where I return to myself. The land, sea, and sky don't just inspire my work, they are essential to my own nervous system and wellbeing. They remind me to slow down, breathe deeply, and trust the wisdom of rest. It is from this place that I hold space for others.

As a mother, I understand how easy it is to spend our days caring for everyone else, often forgetting to care for ourselves. My work is an invitation to pause. To remember that rest is an essential part of being human.

Through immersive Sound Therapy, Yoga Nidra, meditation, restorative arts, and gentle sharing circles, I create nurturing experiences where people can exhale. My intention is to offer a space where the nervous system feels safe enough to soften, allowing deep rest, regulation, and quiet transformation to unfold in its own time.

What matters most to me is how people feel. How they arrive, and how they leave. Whether someone joins me for a sound journey, a retreat, or a moment of stillness in nature, my hope is that they leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. Sound has a remarkable ability to shift us, but so do the many different expressions of rest. Together, they gently guide us back to balance, reminding us that healing doesn't always come from doing more, it can begin by simply slowing down and listening.

In October 2025, I had the honour of becoming the first Sound Artist to facilitate a therapeutic sound bath in the Houses of Parliament, an experience that reinforced my belief that spaces for rest, reflection, and nervous system care belong everywhere.

Who I work with

I partner with thoughtful businesses, charities, communities, and private groups who believe that how people feel matters.

Whether I'm holding space for a corporate wellbeing day, a luxury immersive experience, a charity gathering, or a private retreat, my intention is always the same: to create gentle, restorative experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.

I'm honoured to work alongside organisations including Sutton Women's Centre, Little Village, and Motherless Mothers, supporting individuals and communities through the restorative practices of Sound Therapy, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and creative rest.

I also curated Woodland Wellbeing for Children, Mothers & Carers, a series of free outdoor sound and woodland therapy sessions, funded by the Sutton Community Fund. Rooted in the healing power of nature, these gatherings offer families a gentle space to rest, reconnect, and experience the restorative benefits of being outdoors together.

My work is trauma-informed and thoughtfully held. While many people experience it as deeply therapeutic, it is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical care. Where appropriate, I encourage and signpost people to additional wellbeing and mental health support services.

Millie’s sessions were so well received by our company members, for those seasoned or new to the practice and she set a warm and inviting experience. The detail, care and flexibility that went into planning the session was fantastic and I would highly recommend Millie’s services. It always felt like Millie went a step further than what was expected and required.
